I had a great week.. my weight is slowly dropping, which is a-okay with me, and we went to see Priscillia Queen of the Desert with our friends Myra and Serge. Great show, and OMG fantastic costumes.. i wanted to be a drag queen at the end of it all because the costumes were so fantastic. There was a champagne reception and a wine and cheese party after sponsored by Yellowtail, which was delicious !

This weekend we are gearing up to put a new floor down in the bathroom (there is a back story that I will blog about later), and make a couple of new recipes. *rubs hands together*
In terms of ‘flexing’ my cooking muscles, i think the biggest challenge will be making low carb bagels !
